DESCRIPTION:Age: Children age 9 & older \nTime: 8:30-3:00 \nCost per child: $285        ($10 Sibling Discount     $20 Early Registration Discount through the end of March) \nLocation: Fort Halifax Park and if needed\, Halifax Elementary School \nDescription: \nCampers will learn basic kayak skills and water safety and get to try both single and tandem kayaks on calm\, nearby waterways. We will also learn a little about local history\, wildlife and ecology.  Activities will be chosen based on both weather and campers’ interests and may include fishing\, crafts\, games and swimming. Kayaks\, paddles and life vests will be provided. Campers should wear water shoes or old sneakers and bring a change of clothing\, sunscreen\, a hat\, a refillable water bottle and a lunch Monday through Thursday. A special lunch will be provided on Friday!
